Day 1: Budgeting overview

On the first day, we delve into the fundamentals of budgeting, exploring its various types, benefits, and the crucial role it plays in financing and reporting. This session also includes setting up codes and GST, laying the groundwork for your budget.

Day 2: Worksheet creation and cost setup

The second day focuses on practical application. We guide you through creating your first worksheet, using a sheep example, and setting up your costs list, essential for the budget setup.

Day 3: Grain income calculation

Day 3 explores the creation of a cropping worksheet and introduces the powerful Grain Income Calculator, enabling you to calculate grain income across multiple budget periods.

Day 4: Fixed costs, assets and liabilities

The fourth day is dedicated to setting up the fixed costs worksheet, capturing all expenses and income not covered in previous worksheets. We also delve into assets and liabilities worksheet setup, crucial for balance sheet creation.

Day 5: Bringing it all together
