What are the software requirements to run Agrimaster and Wagemaster?
You must be running a minimum of Windows 10.
What are the subscription fees for?
The subscription plan allows you to have:
- Access to the latest business tools, technology and features
- Free webinar training
- Multiple support channels including calls and email
How can I change my subscription(s)?
We require 30 days' notice to process any changes or cancellations. To upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription, make sure you're the primary account holder and you've considered any add-on plans that you may hold.
To change your subscription(s), contact our Customer Success team on (08) 6380 8800 between Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm AWST or email us at support@agrimaster.com.au.
Will add on subscriptions be prorated?
The renewal date for add-on subscriptions will be prorated to fall due at the same time as the Standard or Plus subscription renewal date.
Does the price include updates?
Yes, all current and future updates are included in your subscription pricing.
Do I need an internet connection?
Internet connection is required to use the Agrimaster program and for:
- Automatic updates
- File Manager for continuous backup of your files
- Activation of your software
